Directions: We are located directly on MN Highways
28 & 29.
Look for a small pine cone sign hanging from a mailbox
across from the Cenex station. The house is set back from the road and
very hidden by all the large pine trees on our property. Our property
has rocks and gardens along the sidewalk.
Inn in the Pines is the only large 2-story house on the entire block.
Parking for our guests is on the east side of the house. Look for our
sign between the house and garage.
Coming from the east.
At the green, MNDOT Starbuck sign, take
the first right turn lane and turn onto Teigen Street. Take the first
left into an alley. We are the second house in from the street. Park
on the grass in front of the garden between the house & garage.
Coming from the west.
As you can see the Cenex gas station
on your right look for Pope Street on your left. Turn left on Pope and
then the first left into the alley. We are the third house in from the
street. Park on the grass in front
of the garden between the house & garage.
Children:
Children over 13 are welcome, although
there is a maximum of 2 persons per room (Bunad & Rolling Hills)
and 1 person (Starbuck).
Guests:
Any unauthorized guests will be charged
at the full nightly rate.
Pets:
Sorry, no pets. There is a dog in the
owner’s quarters.
Additional Charges:
Any incidental charges or intentional
damages you or those in your party make will be charged to your credit
card.
Smoking and Candle Policy:
We are a completely smoke-free inn and
no open flames is allowed. There is a $350 cleaning fee for effected
rooms and for all lost revenue. Violators will be subject to immediate
evictions for violations of the smoking and candle policy.
Check In/Out:
We are a small inn which means we also
have some flexibility in our lives. We are normally available for check-in
usually after 4:30pm, however just let us know if you need another time.
Check out is usually after breakfast your last morning.

If you prefer to e-mail your reservation request to us, we will e-mail
back with a confirmation. Some useful information to please let us include:
- Date and anticipated time of arrival
- Number of nights staying
- Room choice
- Name(s)
- Address
- Phone and/or cell phone
- Any breakfast food allergies or dislikes
You will need a credit card (Visa, Master
Card) for a deposit to hold your room until you check-in. Full payment
will be collected at check-in.
We take a deposit of 50% of the total or 1 night's charge, whichever is
greater at the time of reservation. Reservations made 14 days or less
prior to arrival will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
If notification of a cancellation is received at least (14) days prior
to the arrival date (30 days notice for certain dates and the entire month
of July), the deposit is refundable less a $15 cancellation fee per room
per night.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the full
amount of the reservation unless the room is rebooked. Early departure
falls with our cancellation policy There are no refunds for early departure.
We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation
for the entire stay.
If there is something not to your liking, you need to contact the innkeepers
to remedy the situation before checkout.
Prices are per night based on two people
to a room and includes breakfast. Rates are effective until January 2008
and subject to change. Taxes are additional charge.

A two-night minimum stay is required with all Friday and/or Saturday night
reservations May 1st - October 1st, for special event weekends and holiday
weekends.
Single Rates: Deduct $5.00 per night
